Court Orders Arrest of Police Officer for Absence in Trial

On September 29, 2026, Justice Samira Batur of the Federal Capital Territory High Court issued a fresh bench warrant for the arrest of a police officer, Erhunwun, due to his continued absence from court proceedings.
