Nigerian Breweries Donates Cassava Processing Facility to Awo-Omamma Community for Economic Empowerment

Nigerian Breweries, led by Managing Director Thibaut Boidin, donated a 2-ton/day cassava processing facility to Awo-Omamma Community in Imo State. The project is a significant milestone in the company's journey towards sustainable development and economic empowerment.

The facility is expected to create multiple job opportunities for local youth, generate an estimated annual revenue of 500 million, and position Awo-Omamma as a hub for cassava processing. During the commissioning ceremony, community leaders expressed gratitude for Nigerian Breweries' contribution to the community's development.

Chief Bar Rex Anunobi praised the company's long-standing presence in the state and its positive economic impact.
