NCS Schedules Screening for Customs Recruitment Candidates

The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has announced the schedule for physical screening and documentation of successful candidates for the Assistant Superintendent of Customs II (ASC II) and Assistant Inspector of Customs (AIC) positions, set to take place from September 7 to 15, 2026. This announcement was made in a statement on September 1, 2026, following the selection of candidates from a total of 573,680 applications.

The screening will occur at the Nigeria Customs Command and Staff College (NCCSC) in Gwagwalada, Abuja. Candidates must attend on their assigned dates, with ASC II candidates screening from September 7 to 10, and AIC candidates on September 14 and 15.

The NCS has warned against fraudulent activities and emphasized that candidates must present original documents for verification. Successful candidates will receive further instructions on subsequent recruitment stages.

A total of 3,852 candidates were selected, representing about 0.7% of the applicants.
