Dangote Cement Q2 2026 Results Approved by Board
Dangote Cement Plc has disclosed that its Board of Directors met on 29 July 2026 and approved the Unaudited Financial Statements for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. The company states the results will be released to the public on or before 30 July 2026, in accordance with NGX rules.
Dangote Cement Plc (NGX: DANGCEM) has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited and other stakeholders that its Board of Directors held a meeting on 29 July 2026, during which the Unaudited Financial Statements (UFS) for the second quarter ended 30 June 2026 were considered and approved.
The company has committed to releasing the approved Q2 2026 UFS to the public on or before 30 July 2026, consistent with NGX disclosure rules.
A Closed Period, which commenced on 1 July 2026, remains in force as of the filing date. The Closed Period will stay in effect until twenty-four hours after the Q2 2026 UFS has been formally submitted to the public. During a Closed Period, directors, officers, and other designated insiders of the company are restricted from trading in the company's shares.
The filing was signed by Edward Imoedemhe, Company Secretary, and submitted to NGX on 29 July 2026. No financial figures were disclosed in this particular corporate action notice.
