Dangote Cement Board Meeting Rescheduled to October 27, 2026
Dangote Cement Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited that its Board of Directors meeting, previously scheduled for October 29, 2026, will now hold on October 27, 2026. The meeting will cover the company's Unaudited Financial Statements for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026.
Dangote Cement Plc has filed an updated notice with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) disclosing a change in the date of its forthcoming Board of Directors meeting. The meeting, originally announced on September 30, 2026, was scheduled to hold on October 29, 2026. It will now take place on October 27, 2026, two days earlier than previously communicated.
According to the filing, the agenda for the rescheduled meeting includes a review of the company's Unaudited Financial Statements for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, referred to as the 2026 Q3 UFS. The company stated that all other information contained in the earlier September 30 publication remains unchanged.
A Closed Trading Period is currently in effect for Dangote Cement securities. The company disclosed that this restriction will remain in place until twenty-four hours after the 2026 Q3 Unaudited Financial Statements and the relevant board resolutions have been released to the public. The notice was signed by Edward Imoedemhe, the Company Secretary.
