The statement, shared via the company's official social media channels, emphasized that neither Dangote Industries Limited nor its president, Aliko Dangote, nor any executives, including Fatima Aliko Dangote, Mariya Aliko Dangote, and Halima Aliko Dangote, are soliciting funds or investment contracts through personal social media accounts. The company clarified that it does not initiate direct contact with individuals for financial transactions or business opportunities via social media.

Dangote Industries Limited is working closely with relevant security and law enforcement agencies to investigate and prosecute those behind these fraudulent schemes. The company urged the public to disregard unsolicited messages and report any suspicious communications to the appropriate authorities.
