Details Of PDP Governors’ Meeting In Zamfara Emerge

Governors of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) recently met in Zamfara, where they discussed various issues including state and national security, erosion of democratic values, and preparations for the upcoming national convention. The meeting was attended by governors from Zamfara, Bauchi, Taraba, Adamawa, Oyo, Bayelsa, and Osun states.

The governors expressed their commitment to rescuing Nigerians from the divisive governance style of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and condemned the ongoing insecurity and killings in various parts of the country. They commended party supporters for their loyalty and urged members to resist any attempts to derail the national convention scheduled for November.

Despite recent defections, the PDP remains determined to appeal to Nigerians and address the challenges facing the nation.
