Dewal Consult Launches Kenya Real Estate Investment Tour

Dewal Consult Limited, a data-driven real estate advisory firm, has announced its signature Kenya real estate investment tour, named "Gateway to East Africa," set to take place from July 20 to July 25, 2026. The tour aims to provide Nigerian investors structured access to Kenya's high-growth property market.

Mr. Adewal Ajibad, Managing Director and CEO of Dewal Consult Limited, stated that the initiative is inspired by Africa's move towards regional integration under the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) and the need for Nigerian investors to diversify beyond local markets.

The tour will focus on Nairobi, which is recognized as East Africa's institutional hub, and will include site inspections and due diligence on rental yields. The event will also address the advantages of Kenya's mature real estate investment trust (REIT) market and its stable macroeconomic environment, which offers lower currency volatility and greater market maturity.
