FCC Partners with UAE Group to Enhance Digital Services

The Federal Character Commission (FCC), led by Executive Chairman Hulayiat Motunrayo Omidiran, has entered into a partnership with the UAE-based Al Liwan Group, founded by CEO Michael Gale, to improve service delivery through digital system enhancements. During a meeting at the FCC headquarters in Abuja, Omidiran highlighted the essential role of technology in strengthening governance and enhancing compliance with federal character principles.

She expressed a commitment to exploring practical partnership models that support the commission's digital upgrade initiatives aimed at improving public service delivery efficiency. Michael Gale commended the FCC's reform direction and the adoption of modern digital systems, which he believes will better position the commission to deliver measurable results.

He expressed eagerness to explore sustainable collaboration areas that align with the FCC's ongoing efforts to modernize its IT operations and strengthen accountability across the federation.
