APC Urges Public to Disregard Adeleke's Drone Claims

The Osun State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has called on the public to dismiss Governor Ademola Adeleke's criticisms of former Governor Adegboyega Oyetola concerning the procurement of security drones. In a statement signed by spokesperson Kola Olabisi, the APC expressed concern over Adeleke's tendency to blame Oyetola for security issues in Osun State.

The statement highlighted that during Oyetola's administration, no drones were purchased, countering Adeleke's claims that five security drones were acquired under Oyetola's tenure. Olawal Rashe, the spokesperson for Adeleke, had previously stated that these drones were bought but later went missing.

The APC urged the public to recognize Adeleke's statements as misinformation aimed at scoring political points, suggesting that the governor is attempting to deflect responsibility for security breaches in the state. The APC emphasized that documentation exists to prove that no drones were purchased during Oyetola's four-year term.
