Amstel Malta Easter Village Draws Crowds in Aba, Awka, Enugu

The Amstel Malta Easter Village initiative, organized by Nigerian Breweries Plc, saw a significant turnout across three cities—Aba, Awka, and Enugu—over three days from April 4 to 6, 2026. The event aimed to create spaces for recreation and social interaction during the Easter period.

The formal unveiling took place on April 3, 2026, in Enugu, attended by key figures including Franci Obiajulu, Senior Brand Manager of Amstel Malta, and Dame Rita Mbah, Executive Chairman of the Enugu State Tourism Board. The initiative featured various activities such as children's games, cultural performances, movie screenings, comedy, music, and food exhibitions.

Participants also engaged in a raffle draw for household appliances and branded items. Obiajulu emphasized the deep-rooted family traditions associated with Easter in the East and highlighted the initiative's success in fostering genuine connections among people.
