Chinedu Ogah Commissions Water Projects in Ebonyi State

On Thursday, Hon. Chinedu Ogah, a member of the House of Representatives for Ikwo/Ezza South Federal Constituency, commissioned two solar-powered motorized borehole projects in Ndiagu Azu Oha Nkwu Ndufu Alik Community, located in Ikwo Local Government Area, Ebonyi State. During the commissioning event, Ogah highlighted the critical role of grassroots initiatives in Nigeria's broader development agenda, stating that access to safe water is a fundamental necessity with direct implications for public health and overall quality of life. He commended the efforts of Apostle Emmanuel Mbam, the coordinator of the Ikwo East Development Centre, in facilitating the projects. Ogah noted that grassroots development efforts are vital in complementing federal and state government programs across the country. He emphasized the importance of synergy among different tiers of government and applauded the alignment of these projects with the policies of Ebonyi State Governor Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, which aim to replicate state development frameworks at the local level to enhance service delivery and ensure inclusive growth.
