EFCC Declares Chinese National Peiyuan Niu Wanted for Fraud

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has declared Peiyuan Niu, a 40-year-old Chinese national, wanted in connection with an alleged case of obtaining money under false pretenses. The announcement was made on Tuesday, with the EFCC urging the public to assist in locating Niu, whose last known address is 111 Kudirat Abiola, Oregun, Lagos State.

The notice included a request for anyone with information about Niu's whereabouts to contact the EFCC's offices across Nigeria or report to the nearest police station or security agency. The EFCC provided a contact phone number, 08093322644, and an email address for the public to forward any information regarding Niu.

The agency emphasized the importance of public cooperation in addressing financial crimes.
