EFCC Returns N108 Million to Greenwich Planet Sun King

The Lagos Zonal Directorate 2 of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) returned N108 million to Greenwich Planet Sun King Nigeria Limited, which was recovered during an investigation into fraud involving two former employees. Nkechi Gladys Megai allegedly fled to the United Kingdom and is currently at large, while Godson Eze, the former Chief Financial Officer, is accused of abusing his position by forging documents and generating fake invoices to divert company funds.

The fraudulent activities reportedly resulted in millions of Naira in losses. At the hand-over ceremony, the Acting Zonal Director of EFCC Lagos Zonal Directorate 2, Assistant Commander of the EFCC (ACE I) Bawa Usman Kaltungo, reaffirmed the Commission's commitment to ensuring justice for victims of economic crimes and recovering stolen assets.
