Ekiti State Political Parties Required to Pay ₦60 Million for Campaign Posters, Says EKSSAA

The Ekiti State Signage and Advertisement Agency (EKSSAA) has disclosed that 12 political parties participating in the June 20 governorship election must collectively pay ₦60 million in campaign signage and advertisement fees before displaying posters across the state. The agency's Director-General, Adebisi Adesua, revealed this during an audience participatory simulcast program in Ekiti today.

The aim is to enforce approved fees for erecting and displaying commercial and non-commercial signage across the state to regulate political branding. Failure to comply may lead to confiscation of campaign materials and possible prosecution.
