APC's Oyebanji Wins Big at Fayemi's Polling Unit

In the recent governorship election held in Ekiti State, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, Biodun Oyebanji, achieved a decisive victory at the polling unit of former Governor Kayode Fayemi. The results from Ward 11, Polling Unit 9 in Ogilolo, Isan Ekiti, revealed that Oyebanji received 158 votes.

In stark contrast, the African Democratic Congress (ADC) candidate, Dare Bejid, managed to secure only two votes, while the People's Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Dr. Wole Oluyede, recorded zero votes.

This outcome underscores the strong support for the APC in Fayemi's hometown. Voter turnout was noted to be keen, and the election process was monitored closely, with reports indicating a generally peaceful voting environment across various parts of Ekiti State.
