Shehu Claims 2027 Nigeria Election Outcome Already Decided

Mahdi Shehu, a public affairs commentator, asserted that the outcome of Nigeria's 2027 general elections has already been determined. He highlighted the involvement of various political actors, including factions within the All Progressives Congress (APC) and members of the People's Democratic Party (PDP).

Shehu criticized the Senate's decision to support manual transmission of election results alongside electronic methods, suggesting this creates opportunities for manipulation. He also alleged that INEC officials, appointed by President Bola Tinubu, are acting in favor of the ruling party's interests.
