A report released by GoHuman indicates that expertise in large language models has become a valuable skill in the labor market, with average annual salaries approaching $200,000 amid surging corporate demand for workers capable of building and managing generative AI systems.

The study found nearly 57,000 active job listings globally for AI-related skills, with average salaries reaching approximately $198,900. The report highlights that deep learning ranks second in overall demand, with 67,000 job openings and an average salary of $179,000.

Additionally, AI product management has emerged as one of the highest-paying roles, with average compensation around $195,000. Companies are increasingly prioritizing specialized digital capabilities over traditional academic credentials, reflecting a broader shift in hiring trends across the labor market.
