Tagwaye Progressive Network: Empowering Nigeria's Youth

The Tagwaye Progressive Network (TPN), established in 2026 by Hon. Dr.

Obinna Simon, popularly known as MC Tagwaye, is a grassroots mobilization force dedicated to community development in Nigeria. TPN aims to empower citizens, particularly young people and women, advocating for ownership of their futures through social intervention programs.

MC Tagwaye, recognized for his multifaceted contributions to entertainment, politics, and humanitarian efforts, has earned an honorary doctorate in policy management from the Institute of Professional Economists and Policy Managers for his outstanding work. He has implemented healthcare initiatives and launched economic empowerment programs targeting less privileged students.

Initially a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), MC Tagwaye defected to the Social Democratic Party (SDP) in 2025, citing the APC's abandonment of foundational principles and lack of reward for loyal members. TPN continues to grow, committed to grassroots development and inspiring a brighter future for Nigerians.
