CP Sanusi Orders DPOs to End Abuja Robberies in Two Weeks

CP Sanusi issued a directive to the Divisional Police Officers (DPOs) of the Abuja Metro Area Command during a meeting held over the weekend. He mandated them to eradicate robbery incidents within a two-week timeframe or face sanctions from the police commission.

This order was deemed necessary due to the increasing security challenges across various area commands, particularly concerning traffic robberies and vehicle snatching, which have been threatening motorists. Additionally, the command noted the activities of commercial motorcyclists operating on major roads within the city center and the vandalism of public and private properties.
