Arteta Criticizes Controversial Penalty Decision Against Arsenal

Mikel Arteta, the current coach of Arsenal, expressed his outrage over a penalty decision made by referee John Brooks during the match against Sunderland. The penalty was awarded after Ezri Konsa and Sunderland’s Ballard fell in the Arsenal penalty area.

The decision comes amid the Premier League's efforts to enforce stricter rules against grappling during set pieces. Despite the controversy, Arsenal goalkeeper David Raya made a crucial save against Le Fee's penalty, marking his second Premier League penalty save.
