Joe Cole: Arsenal Needs Osimhen to Win Premier League

Joe Cole, a former Chelsea star, expressed on the Dressing Room podcast that Arsenal needs to sign Victor Osimhen to have a chance at winning the Premier League title this season. He indicated that without acquiring a number nine, Arsenal would struggle, leading him to predict that Manchester City would clinch the league title instead.

Cole stated, “I think Manchester City win the title if they don’t bring in a number nine because I still think that will be a problem for them.” He emphasized that if Arsenal successfully signs Osimhen, he would reconsider his prediction. Victor Osimhen, who will turn 28 in December, has made a name for himself as one of the top strikers globally, having led Napoli to the Serie A title in 2023.

Currently contracted with Galatasaray until June 2029, Osimhen has scored 61 goals and provided 16 assists in 75 appearances for the club.
