Eruani Advocates for Youth Empowerment in Ijaw Nation

Dr. Azibapu Eruani, a representative of the Azikel Group, has called for intellectual activism and high-level competence to drive progress within the Ijaw community.

During a visit from the Ijaw Youth Congress (IYC) presidential candidate Dr. Doubra Collin Okotet, Eruani stressed the need for the youth to prioritize advancing Ijaw interests.

He highlighted the Azikel Hydro Skim Refinery, valued at $1 billion, as a testament to the rewards of hard work and dedication. Eruani expressed readiness to support the youth in achieving their goals and underscored the importance of unity for the advancement of the Ijaw nation.

He noted that the refinery, built in Bayelsa, is a significant step towards financial independence for the Ijaw people, creating employment opportunities and fostering economic growth. Eruani's statements reflect a commitment to resource control and the empowerment of future generations within the Ijaw community.
