Tinubu Commissions Collector Road C01 and Bridge in Abuja

On Wednesday, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu officiated the commissioning of Collector Road C01 and a bridge in Abuja, located in the Institute Research District of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). The newly completed infrastructure directly connects prominent national academic institutions, including the Nigerian Law School and Baze University.

Tinubu emphasized that the project would significantly address long-standing infrastructure deficits in the area, enhancing movement and security for thousands of students and legal professionals. He noted that the road network, which includes street lighting and a river bridge, marks a major milestone in his administration's Renewed Hope Agenda.

The Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA) confirmed that the construction would generate hundreds of direct and indirect jobs for Nigerian youth. Tinubu commended FCT Minister Nyesom Wike for his dedication to rapid project delivery and expressed gratitude to the FCDA engineers and contractors for their tireless work.

The project spans 1.5 kilometers and includes a 60-meter bridge.
