Fubara Marks 3 Years in Office, Prioritizes Rivers People

On the third anniversary of his administration, Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara reaffirmed his commitment to ensuring that "every Naira must serve Rivers people." In a statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Onwuka Nzeshi, Fubara emphasized that the foundation of his governance is centered on the development of the state. He outlined extensive investments in road construction aimed at improving access between rural and urban communities, which he believes will boost economic activities across Rivers State.

Key infrastructure projects mentioned include the Port Harcourt Ring Road and several major roads. Fubara expressed gratitude to the residents for their confidence in his leadership and assured them that public resources would continue to be used responsibly for their benefit.

He acknowledged the achievements of his administration over the past three years and called on all segments of the population, including elders, youth, women, traders, teachers, artisans, and farmers, to continue contributing to the state's growth. He also celebrated Nigeria's 27 consecutive years of democratic governance.
