Olufunso Amosun Launches AI Training Hub in Osun

Mrs. Olufunso Amosun, wife of former Ogun State governor Ibikunle Amosun and Yeye Moremi Oodua, inaugurated the YMO AI & Digital Training Hub in Ile-Ife, Osun State. This initiative aims to equip youth, students, and unemployed graduates with practical technology skills, including artificial intelligence, digital technology, coding, and entrepreneurship.

During the inauguration, Amosun stressed the importance of transforming young people from passive consumers of technology into active innovators. She described the hub as an investment in human capital, providing a platform for youth to discover their potential.

Olori Aderonke Ademiluyi Ogunwusi, wife of the Ooni of Ife and Global Ambassador of the Queen Moremi Ajasoro Initiative, praised the hub as a strategic response to youth unemployment, highlighting the need for practical skills in a job market where graduates exceed available white-collar jobs. The hub will cater to secondary and tertiary school leavers and will focus on practical training, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
