Nanle Dariye Withdraws from House of Reps Race

Nanle Dariye, the son of former Plateau State Governor Joshua Dariye, has officially withdrawn from the House of Representatives race for the Mangu/Bokko federal constituency. He made this announcement on social media on Friday, stating that the decision was painful and difficult but necessary after extensive consultations with family, party leaders, and stakeholders, including current Governor Caleb Mutfwang.

Nanle expressed gratitude for the support and sacrifices made throughout his campaign and acknowledged the high expectations surrounding his candidacy. He emphasized the importance of preserving unity, peace, and stability within the constituency and urged supporters to remain calm and not allow developments to create divisions.

Although he is stepping away from the race, he reaffirmed his commitment to the collective dreams and future of the people in Mangu/Bokko, stressing the need for continued efforts to advance their welfare.
