AI Workforce Shifts Discussed at Beyond HR Conference 2026

The 2026 edition of the Beyond HR Conference is set to take place in October in Lagos, organized by HR Talent Hub in collaboration with DAC Consulting. The conference will address the impact of artificial intelligence on workforce dynamics and corporate performance, under the theme “Beyond HR: Leadership, Growth and Business Success.” Dr Omotola Dayo-Adedapo, Founder and Lead Consultant of HR Talent Hub, emphasized the necessity for business executives to align human capital management with corporate goals.

The conference, first held in 2024, aims to bridge the gap between human resource practices and executive decision-making. It will feature keynote addresses, executive fireside chats, panel sessions, and networking opportunities focused on workforce transformation and organizational growth.

Additionally, the event will host the annual HR Excellence Awards to recognize leadership and innovation across sectors. Participation is open to executives, entrepreneurs, human resource practitioners, and emerging professionals, both in person and virtually.
