FAAN and Airlines Collaborate to Enhance Airport Services

The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) engaged with members of the International Airlines Association Nigeria to strengthen service delivery protocols and improve passenger experiences at the nation’s airports. The meeting, disclosed in a statement issued by FAAN on Sunday, involved Henri Agbebir, the Director of Public Affairs and Consumer Protection.

It took place at Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos and focused on fostering collaboration in service delivery. The session provided an opportunity for participants to discuss mutual concerns affecting airport operations and passenger services.

Airlines raised several operational issues, including inadequate signage related to ongoing landside construction work and insufficient lift shuttle services. These challenges were noted to affect the airside ramp and ongoing construction activities.

In response, FAAN assured stakeholders that complaints raised during the meeting would be reviewed to improve service delivery and operational standards across airports nationwide.
