Nigerian Family Seeks Answers After Woman Dies on Ethiopian Airlines Flight

A Nigerian family has raised concerns over the mysterious death of a woman on an Ethiopian Airlines flight from Abuja to Washington DC. The family, choosing to remain anonymous, took to social media seeking assistance as the circumstances surrounding the woman's death remain unclear.

Despite repeated attempts to contact Ethiopian Airlines for clarification, the family received unsatisfactory responses. The woman reportedly died on the 19th of January, 2026, inside the plane.

The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) spokesperson, Michael Achimugu, confirmed awareness of the incident and stated that they are engaging with the family and the airline to gather more information. The family is urging Nigerians to share the video to draw attention to the relevant authorities and ensure transparency in the investigation.
