Ebonyi Rep Ogah Distributes Fertilizer and Cash to Farmers

On a recent weekend, Rt. Hon.

Chinedu Ogah, a member of the House of Representatives for Ikwo/Ezza South Federal Constituency in Ebonyi State, distributed 5,000 bags of fertilizer, rice seedlings, and N50 million in cash support to farmers in his constituency. This initiative aims to boost agricultural activities as the farming season commences.

The distribution event occurred at Bless Martin College of Nursing Science in Ohatekw Amagu, Ikwo Local Government Area. Ogah acknowledged the support from the National Assembly and emphasized the enabling environment provided by Governor Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru's administration for agricultural development.

He assured that the governor would continue to support policies and programs beneficial to farmers. Chief Stanlei Okoro Emegha, the Ebonyi State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), praised Ogah's legislative performance and commitment to empowering constituents through various programs, including scholarships and regular engagement with the community.
