Fayose's Son and Ekiti Leaders Win APC Assembly Tickets

Boluwatif Fayose, son of former Ekiti State Governor Ayodele Fayose, has clinched a ticket to contest in the 2027 state assembly elections under the All Progressives Congress (APC). Alongside him, Adeoy Aribasoy, the Speaker of the Ekiti State House of Assembly, and Bolaji Olagbaju, the Deputy Speaker, also secured their tickets during the primaries held on Thursday.

The announcement was made by Lateef Ibirogba, the chairman of the APC House Assembly Primary Election Committee in Ekiti State. The primaries were conducted across 26 state constituencies, with 17 aspirants affirmed unopposed.

The results were collated from various offices across the constituencies in Ado Ekiti. The primaries were conducted in two stages, with a total of 26 constituencies participating in the election process.
