Federal Ministry of Agriculture Distributes Inputs to 500 Farmers in Edo State

The Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, led by Abubakar Kyari, distributed inputs and equipment to 500 smallholder farmers in Edo State, with the aim of enhancing food security and promoting agricultural activities. The initiative, flagged off in Benin City, included items like knapsack sprayers, rice destoners, and power tillers.

Minister Kyari emphasized the importance of supporting small-scale farmers by providing essential inputs to increase food production and mitigate food crises. The program aligns with the government's efforts to transform the agricultural sector and ensure food security in Nigeria under the leadership of Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
