FG Launches Rev360 Platform to Enhance Tax Compliance

On Wednesday, the Federal Government launched the Rev360 digital tax administration platform at the Nigeria Revenue Service headquarters in Abuja. The platform aims to improve tax compliance, simplify taxpayer interactions, and strengthen revenue collection as part of ongoing reforms to modernize Nigeria's tax system.

Mr. Taiwo Oyedele, the Minister of Finance, coordinated the event, attended by senior government officials, development partners, professional bodies, business associations, and taxpayer representatives.

Mr. Moham Danjuma described the platform as a major step in modernizing the country's revenue administration architecture.

The initiative is expected to encourage voluntary compliance, improve transparency, and boost investor confidence. Dr.

Jumoke Oduwol emphasized that the platform supports the government's efforts to enhance the ease of doing business and aims to build a $1 trillion economy. Zacch Adedeji, the Executive Chairman of the Nigeria Revenue Service, noted that Rev360 symbolizes the agency's transformation into a technology-driven organization, providing a more efficient tax administration process.
