NRS Launches REV360 for Digital Tax Administration

The Nigerian Revenue Service (NRS) officially launched REV360, a next-generation tax administration platform, on April 30, 2023. This launch marks a significant transition to a digital tax administration system, aligning with Nigeria's 2025 tax reform that took effect on January 1, 2023.

REV360 is designed to create a seamless, transparent, and efficient approach to managing tax obligations, moving from a manual to a fully integrated digital system. Zacch Adedeji, the Executive Chairman of NRS, emphasized that the platform aims to enhance the taxpayer experience and strengthen trust in public institutions.

The rollout includes comprehensive training programs for stakeholders and end-users, webinars, and support frameworks to ensure effective engagement and feedback. The implementation will occur in phases, starting with medium and emerging taxpayers, and will extend to larger taxpayers.

NRS reaffirmed its commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in tax administration through this initiative.
