FG vows to hunt down worshippers’ killers in Katsina

The Federal Government has pledged to track down and bring to justice the killers of worshippers in Katsina. Minister of Information and National Orientation, Alh Mohammed Idris, condemned the barbaric attack on innocent citizens gathered for peaceful worship, vowing that the perpetrators will not escape punishment.

Security forces are already in pursuit of the criminals, with no stone being left unturned in their apprehension. The government assured Nigerians that justice will be swift and decisive, and that acts of terror will not be allowed to take root in the country.

The Minister extended condolences to the families of the victims and emphasized the nation's shared values of humanity. Additionally, the National Centre for Counter Terrorism (NCTC) announced the arrest of top leaders of a terrorist group, showing the success of Nigeria's counter-terrorism efforts.

President Tinubu reiterated that terrorism will not be tolerated in the country.
