Fidson Healthcare Plc has filed a Board Meeting notice with the Nigerian Exchange Limited, disclosing that its 120th Board Meeting will hold on Thursday, 22nd October 2026, at its corporate head office at 268 Ikorodu Road, Obanikoro, Lagos.
The primary agenda item disclosed in the filing is the consideration and approval of the draft Unaudited Financial Statements for the third quarter ended 30th September 2026, referred to in the filing as the 2026 Q3 UFS.
In line with the Exchange's listing rules, the company has confirmed that a closed period has been in force since 1st October 2026.
