Fire Incident at Lagos Airport's Terminal 2 Contained

On Sunday, a fire broke out at Terminal 2 of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos State. The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) confirmed the incident through a statement on its official X handle.

FAAN reported that its Aerodrome Rescue and Firefighting Service (ARFFS) was promptly deployed to contain the fire. The authority reassured the public that there were no reported casualties or loss of life as a result of the incident.
