Nigeria to Launch First Gas & Power Infrastructure Map

The first-ever Nigeria Gas & Power Infrastructure Map will be unveiled at the 25th edition of NOG Energy Week, a key platform for the global energy community. This map is a landmark development for Nigeria's energy sector, providing a comprehensive overview of the gas power infrastructure, including pipelines, processing facilities, power generation assets, LNG terminals, and transmission networks across the country.

Accompanying the map will be a strategic report on Nigeria's gas sector, which will take a full value chain approach and cover the evolution of the gas market since 2020, including the NNPC Gas Master Plan set for launch in January 2026. This report will address upstream production trends, reserves, midstream pipeline infrastructure capacity gaps, and downstream market developments in CNG, PNG, and LNG.

The unveiling of this map and report is critical as Nigeria seeks reliable energy partnerships amid global supply chain disruptions.
