Seyi Odebode Elevated to NIESV Fellowship Recognition

Seyi Odebode, a distinguished real estate professional and partner at Seyi Odebode Associates, has recently been elevated to Fellowship status within the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV). This recognition reflects his consistent service and ethical contributions to the profession.

Odebode, hailing from Iwo in Osun State, earned a Higher National Diploma in Estate Management from Osun State College of Technology in 2002 and later obtained a Master's degree in Housing Development Management from the University of Ibadan in 2013. His career began in academia as a lecturer at Kebbi State Polytechnic during his National Youth Service Corps year.

He transitioned to industry practice with Havilagold Properties Ltd in Lagos, where he served as General Manager. Odebode became an associate of NIESV in 2015 and has held various roles, including serving on several committees.
