Former Super Eagles Striker Michael Eneramo Dies at 40

Michael Eneramo, a former striker for the Super Eagles, has passed away at the age of 40. He collapsed during training in Kaduna on a Friday morning, and efforts to revive him were unsuccessful, according to reports from ScoreNigeria.

Eneramo earned 10 caps for Nigeria and scored three goals for the national team. He played for Lobi Stars in the Nigeria Premier Football League before moving abroad to join the Tunisian club Espérance Sportive de Tunis.

Throughout his career, he spent a significant amount of time in Turkey, playing for clubs including Sivasspor, İktaspor, Karabükspor, İstanbul Başakşehir, and Manisaspor. His contributions to Nigerian football and his international club career have left a lasting legacy.
