Four Injured in Lagos Bus Crash Due to Brake Failure

On Sunday morning, a bus carrying 14 passengers crashed into a ditch in Lagos due to suspected brake failure. The accident occurred along Oba Ogunusi Road in Ojodu, opposite Bab Fafunwa School, while the bus was heading towards Victoria Island.

At least four occupants sustained severe injuries and were evacuated to an emergency center. The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) was deployed to the scene shortly after the incident to coordinate rescue efforts and manage the situation.

Arrangements were made for a tow truck to remove the damaged vehicle, and recovery operations are ongoing. Fortunately, the crash did not affect traffic flow in the area.
