FUD to Host 13th Inaugural Lecture on Traditional Barbers

The Federal University Dutsin-Ma in Katsina State is scheduled to hold its 13th inaugural lecture today. The event will take place at the Professor Lawal Audu Saulawa Auditorium, located off-campus in Dutsin-Ma.

The lecture is organized by the university's inaugural lecture committee, chaired by Professor Moham Umar Sanda. The topic of the lecture is "Demystifying Traditional Barbers in Hausaland: Islamic Influence and 21st Century Challenges," and it will be presented by Bashir Aliyu Sallau, who is the Sarkin Askar Yariman Katsina and a professor in the Hausa Cultural Studies Department within the Faculty of Arts at the Federal University Dutsin-Ma.

The Vice Chancellor of the university, Professor Moham Khalid Othman, FNIAE, will serve as the event's chairman.
