Future Lawyers in Action as Nigerian University Students Stage Intense Armed Robbery Mock Trial

Baze University law students showcased their legal skills in a simulated armed robbery trial on August 7. The mock trial, part of the institution's focus on practical legal education, involved three student teams acting as prosecution, defense counsel for the first defendant, and defense counsel for the second and third defendants.

The trial took place in the Faculty of Law Moot Courtroom and was overseen by guest legal professionals, including Baze alumnus Babayemi Olaniyan. The students received positive feedback for their confidence, professionalism, and understanding of legal concepts.
