Gbenga Daniel’s Properties Not Sealed – Ogun Govt Clarifies

Ogun State Commissioner for Urban and Physical Planning, Tunji Odunlami, clarified that former Governor Gbenga Daniel's properties have not been sealed by the government. Speaking at a press briefing, Odunlami emphasized the need for proper documentation and verification before any property can be sealed.

He explained that properties are usually marked with stickers before any sealing action is taken, and notices are posted for property representatives to report for clarification. Odunlami highlighted the importance of enforcing physical planning laws to support urban development and regulate land use for the public good.

He urged genuine developers to respond through the proper channels for plan adjustments and ratification, emphasizing that the government follows defined procedures in such matters.
