Geely Galaxy Launches EVs in Nigeria with TIM Motors

Geely Galaxy, a premium new energy vehicle brand under Geely Auto Group, has officially entered the Nigerian market through a strategic partnership with TIM Motors. During a special event in Lagos, the company unveiled three models: the EX5 EM, EX5, and EX2, designed to meet diverse customer needs across Nigeria.

The EX5 EM is a smart family SUV that combines petrol and electric power, offering a driving range of 1,000 km while reducing fuel consumption and emissions. The EX2 is an electric subcompact hatchback tailored for urban commuting.

Leon Zhan, representing TIM Motors, expressed excitement about the brand's arrival and confirmed the company's preparedness to support vehicle ownership with reliable after-sales service through a nationwide network. Geely's entry into Nigeria signifies a long-term commitment to the market, addressing local infrastructure realities and consumer demands for affordable, efficient vehicles.

TIM Motors has been appointed as the exclusive general distributor for Geely Galaxy in Nigeria.
