Geely Galaxy Launches Electric Vehicles in Nigeria

Geely Galaxy officially entered the Nigerian market through a strategic partnership with TIM Motors, marking a significant advancement in the country's electric mobility landscape. The launch event, held in Lagos, introduced three models: the EX5 EM, EX5, and EX2, designed to meet diverse needs of Nigerian motorists.

The EX5 EM is a smart family SUV combining petrol and electric power, offering a driving range of 1,000 kilometers and reduced fuel consumption. The EX5 is a mid-size SUV featuring premium technology and a 430-kilometer driving range, while the EX2 is an electric subcompact hatchback aimed at urban commuters, providing affordability and low operational costs.

Leon Zhan, General Manager of the Passenger Vehicle Business Unit at TIM Motors, expressed confidence in the brand's prospects in Nigeria, highlighting the commitment to comprehensive aftersales support. The vehicles are equipped with advanced safety technologies, including Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems.

TIM Motors has been appointed as Geely Galaxy's exclusive distributor in Nigeria.
