Madina MP Francis-Xavier Sosu Collapses During Speech

Francis-Xavier Sosu, the Member of Parliament for Madina, collapsed on stage while delivering a speech at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration. The incident occurred on Thursday as he spoke about his personal experiences, leadership, and commitment to public service.

Just before collapsing, Sosu stated, “I respectfully submit that if you want to be a good leader, let service be your hallmark.” After losing consciousness, attendees rushed to assist him, and he briefly regained consciousness but soon began to slump again. Sosu was then assisted off the stage for medical attention.
