Glo and NCC Sued for ₦20bn Spectrum Contract Breach

Mosakab Nigeria Limited has taken legal action against Glo Mobile Limited, the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), and Megatech Engineering Limited over an alleged breach of a 2.6GHz spectrum contract. The plaintiff is seeking ₦20 billion in damages, claiming an unlawful breach of a consultation agreement.

The lawsuit aims to void the sale of the spectrum license and compel Megatech to fulfill financial obligations. The case is set for a hearing on March 3, 2026, in Abuja.
