Goalkeeper Andrada Suspended 13 Matches for Violent Conduct

Goalkeeper Andrada has been suspended for a total of 13 matches following an incident during a derby match against CD Huesca in the Spanish Second Division on Sunday night. The suspension consists of 12 matches for violent conduct after he punched Huesca captain Jorg Pulido in the face, leading to a mass brawl.

Additionally, Andrada received a red card for his actions. He expressed remorse for the incident, stating, "I am sorry for what happened; it's not a good image for the club or the fans, and I am not professional myself." He acknowledged that he lost focus in the moment and apologized to Pulido and his teammates.

The league may impose further disciplinary measures against Andrada, who previously played for FC Monterrey in Mexico and is set to feature in the FIFA Club World Cup in 2025.
